Compliance

Certifications & Compliance

Everything on this page is compliance information that is real, current and verifiable. The three certificates below are held by the company; what is confirmed against your order is coverage — a document that covers one article does not silently cover the next one.

Held status and coverage are kept apart on every line below: the company holds these documents, and the article you are buying is checked against them. Where a fact cannot be evidenced, it is left out rather than softened into a claim.

Certificates

Three documents buyers ask about, and how far each one reaches

All three documents are held by the company. What each card adds is scope: a certificate covers the articles and the yarn supply chain named in it, so we confirm that what you are buying falls inside that scope before the order is placed.

OEKO-TEX®

Held by the company

The certificate is held by the company. Its scope is checked against the article and the yarn supply chain you are ordering rather than assumed from the fibre name, and we tell you what it covers before the order is placed.

Organic cotton

Held by the company

The certificate is held by the company. Whether the fibre behind your article falls inside its scope is confirmed with the quotation, not assumed from the name of the fibre.

Recycled polyester

Held by the company

The certificate is held by the company, on the same rule: its scope is checked against the article and the yarn supply chain you are ordering, and what it covers is stated plainly before the order is placed.

No certificate number, validity date or issuing body is printed on this page: those belong to the document itself, and we send the current file on request for the article and the yarn you are buying.

The logos above identify the standards; they are not the certificate documents themselves, which are sent on request for the article you are buying.

Inditex supplier system

Supplier system

Our status in the Inditex supplier system

We are a certified supplier within the Inditex supplier system.

That status is recorded against the company in that system. If your due diligence needs it confirmed, ask us for the current document and we will send the file rather than describe it.

  • What it is A certified supplier status recorded in the Inditex supplier system.

  • What it covers The company, at supplier-system level. It is not a claim that every article we make is covered by every standard.

  • What we send The current document, on request, for your due-diligence file.

  • How to read this page Only facts that can be evidenced are written here; what we cannot stand behind is left out.

What we can support

Audits, social responsibility and testing, identified before the order

A factory audit, social responsibility, OEKO-TEX or any other testing, certification or compliance requirement from a buyer is identified with the quotation and before the formal order — not when the goods are ready to ship.

  • Factory audits

A factory audit requirement is raised with the quotation and agreed as part of the project, so it does not collide with a delivery date later on.

  • Social responsibility reviews

The same rule: a social responsibility requirement is treated as a requirement of the project, stated and agreed before the order is placed.

  • Testing and certification requests

Testing, certification and compliance requests — OEKO-TEX among them — are confirmed per order product and yarn supply chain, so the answer names the article you are buying instead of making a blanket claim.

  • What a requirement can move

A special certification or test can affect the material, the production resource, the cost, the lead time, the test fees and the product feasibility. That is why it belongs in the quotation rather than in a late email.

  • Written into the order

A requirement identified this way becomes a formal requirement of the project or the purchase order, not a conversation held at shipment.

  • Test fees

There is no blanket rule that every test is free. If a retest is needed because of something on our side, we carry it. If it is an extra test the buyer asks for, who carries it is agreed against the value of the project: us, the buyer, or shared.

Next step

Ask for the current certificate files, or send us your compliance requirements

Tell us the articles you are buying and the standard your brand requires. We will come back with the documents that exist and the requirements we can support, before the order is placed.
